Availability: We will need you on location for a full day for the filming and shooting. This will take place in late October/early November.
Travel/Accommodation/Meals: If you live interstate, we will bear all costs associated with you travelling and staying overnight in Adelaide for the filming and shooting.
Distribution of Material: You fully agree that all filming and photo images of you will be used for digital marketing purposes, on channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, on our websites, in print media and any other appropriate channels in Australia, USA, Canada, UK, NZ and Japan.
Intellectual Property – Company (Indico Pty Ltd Blackchrome Sportswear): You fully agree that all filming and photo images of you will and shall remain the property of Indico Pty Ltd Blackchrome Sportswear to use for any purpose that we deem suitable for our commercial benefit, for however long we intend to.
Intellectual Property – You (The Individual): Indico Pty Ltd Blackchrome Sportswear allows you to use the filming and photo images for any purpose we deem suitable.
Payment: We will pay you $500 cash for you to attend and perform in the filming and shooting. There will be no other fees or endorsements in addition to this after the filming and shooting is completed.
Fun and Enjoyment: This is about you having fun and enjoyment on the day. We want you to benefit from this experience and have a story that you can pass on.
