To mark the start of the EPL we’re sharing our top three kits for the 2016-17 season.

1. Middlesbrough’s Away Kit
This striking and stylish kit is a far cry from the new Boro home kit. The colours look awesome, as does the chevron across the chest. We’re guessing players and fans are happy with this one.

2. Southampton’s Home Kit
This is a modern look and manages to be complex without looking over-complicated. The colours are great too. It’s gained a mixed response from fans though.

3. Swansea’s Away Kit
Who doesn’t love a good gradient? We like how the top fades nicely into the shorts. Also, it’s so much cooler than their home kit which is just plain white.
