RETURNS & REFUNDS
If an item is damaged or faulty, you are entitled to your choice of either a full refund or exchange, provided the item is returned to Blackchrome within 30 days of delivery/purchase. Once the item has been received, inspected and approved by Blackchrome, we will issue you with your refund or exchange.
If an item doesn’t fit or doesn’t comply with the description, you are entitled to an exchange, provided the item is returned to Blackchrome within 30 days of delivery/purchase, and is unused with the original tags still attached. Once the item has been received, inspected and approved by Blackchrome, we will issue your exchange.
How do I return an item?
